King County International Airport (KCIA) is holding a public meeting and open house this week where residents have the chance to join and share feedback:

The meeting will cover two studies King County is performing to plan for the future of KCIA:
Vision 2045 Airport Plan - develops long-term goals and visions for the future of KCIA, identifying projects that would help the airport operate safely and efficiently while meeting changing aviation demand.
Part 150 Noise and Land Use Compatibility Study - voluntary Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) process that identifies the level of aircraft noise in the airport's vicinity and identifies measures to reduce the effects of noise on surrounding neighborhoods.
