Wed Oct 14, 6 pm: King County Airport in-person meeting to discuss moving taxiway 50-75 feet closer to residents and building a taller air traffic control tower and firefighter building, 6526 Ellis Ave. S. A virtual open house is scheduled for 11:30 am. Register on Zoom.

Thu Oct 29-Sat Oct 31, 8 pm: Carnevolar XIV: Ascension, Seattle's Halloween circus show featuring flying trapeze, aerial and circus arts, and a dark journey into the wilderness. 21+Emerald City Trapeze Arts, 2702 6th Ave S. Post-show Halloween dance party on Saturday. Tickets and more info.

Sat Oct 31, 1-3 pm: Haunted Duwamish River guided paddle tour, "Tales of the Supernatural and Unexplained," all equipment provided. Limited space. RSVP required.

5-8 pm: Georgetown Community Council Spooky Stroll. Begin at Mini Mart City Park (6525 Ellis Ave. S), grab a map and trick or treat through the neighborhood checking out all the frighteningly good decorations.

6 pm: Georgetown Pizza & Arcade 4th Anniversary Pinball Tournament. $200 pot splash, plus raffle prizes. $50 for best costume. Signups at 5:30 p.m. 5513 Airport Way S.
