WSDOT to close 1st Avenue Bridge NB lanes for temporary repairs March 9-11 WSDOT plans to repair the 1st Avenue Bridge closing northbound lanes March 9-11 for the first phase. More work will follow. Drivers who use the State Route 99 First Avenue S Bridge over the Duwamish River will likely experience more traffic headaches soon.
