In the spirit of overhead telephone-wire dragons and other unauthorized public displays of creativity, brightly painted mystical cats are now boldly posed in at least two Georgetown traffic circles. The three-eyed felines serve to make the circle planters more visible to oncoming traffic and are also so dang cute. Well done, guerilla artists. More of this please.
