Reconnect South Park seeks community input to inform next phases of initiative

By Robin Schwartz

Georgetown residents are invited to participate in a community survey on the latest phase of the Reconnect South Park (RSP) initiative.

Over the past several years, the Reconnect South Park (RSP) community coalition has been connecting with neighbors and community partners in the Duwamish Valley to explore how to address the public safety, health, environmental, economic development, and connectivity challenges that stem from SR 99, the highway that was built through South Park.

RSP has reached a new milestone: a technical analysis. They are asking community members to take an updated survey (available in both English and Spanish). Survey entries received by June 30 will be entered into a raffle and 25 winners will each win a $50 gift card to a local South Park business.
